We are having a competition to decide on three girls who will be our Fenice Fashionistas. We gave 10 people, who we thought represented our company well, to have the chance to run to be a Fenice Fashionista. There are three spots available, and two of them will be chosen by you and one will be chosen by us. Why she wants to be a Fenice Fashionista: I'd love to be in Fenice Fashionista! When I received your email I was immediately interested and checked out the website and was impressed. I think it's definitely creative and something I haven't seen before and I think the idea of taking old clothes and turning it into something new is very cool. I personally love going through old clothes and seeing how I can play with it to make it more exciting and new to wear. Therefore I think being in it would be perfect for me, and would really bring out my creative side and also have an experience in fashion and get to know other people as well!
One interesting fact: I love painting and writing on my bedroom walls! Whenever my friends come over, they also write and paint on them, so basically when you walk into my room there’s writing, collages, and paintings everywhere! I love it though, I think my room is a great example of how creative I am and how much I love creating and playing with different things – sort of like my fashion sense.

1. Scarves! I think scarves dress up any outfit.
2. Necklaces: along with scarves, I think necklaces can really change the way an outfit looks. The thing I love most is taking a casual outfit and dressing it up with a bold necklace.
3. Nail Polish: Nail polish can really make a statement and complete an outfit.
4. Bobby pins: There are so many different styles and things you can do with your hair just simply using bobby pins!
5. Belts: I think belts really help complete an outfit, and they look great with jeans!
Description of her style: My style is very flexible, but I would basically describe it as “urban chic” I think the clothes I wear and outfits I put together are perfect for walking down the streets of NYC.
One place she would like to travel to: I’d love to travel to so many places! But the one place I wish I could go to would be Costa Rica, I think it looks beautiful.

One interesting fact: I love to sew and have been sewing for more than 4 years! I love to make most of my clothes. I can make the perfect piece for my style and make it fit me perfectly.

Why she wants to be a Fenice Fashionista: I love the fashion industry. Ever since I was 13 years old I knew that fashion was my passion. I spend a lot of time creating fashion sketches and flipping through glossy high fashion magazines. I want to be a Fenice Fashionista becuase I love the concept of helping girls out. Even though I'm so obsessed with the fashion industry I still have questions on current trends and style. I love how you can go to one blog to get all your questions answered by so many real life girls. It's something I would love to be a part of.
One interesting fact:When I was younger I couldn't really afford clothes for my barbie dolls. So what I would do is grab paper napkins and safety pins. I would make a bunch of tube dresses and tube tops for my barbie dolls!
